Heard Mr. Vaibhav Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.P. Gupta, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.3/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.2302 of 2022 (Mewa Lal vs. State of U.P. & Another), under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by the petitioner arising out of proceeding under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.3/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2022. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.6 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of th
