Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Chandauli (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.0414/2025 (Computer Case No.202554141800000414), Gufran Ali & others Vs. Ram Vriksha & others, Under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953, pending in his court expeditiously within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since the date of its filing, despite the fact that opposite parties have already appeared in the revision and the same is ripen for final adjudication.
