Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No. 307 of 2025 (Ajahar Vs. Samsunnisha and others), u/s 48(1) of the UP CH Act, village karahi, Tappa Karahi, Pargana Rasoolpur, Tehsil Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar within time bound period, which may be fixed by this Court, in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned matter. 4. In this conspectus, as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to finally dispose of the present writ petition, without making any observation on the merits of
