Brief facts of the case are that suit under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act) was filed by petitioner before trial Court/ Sub- Divisional Officer. Trial Court without framing the issues in the suit has dismissed the plaintiff's suit vide judgment & decree dated 29.05.1997.
