Instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 20.06.2025 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation in Appeal under Section 11(1) of UPCH Act. 2. Learned counsel for the contesting-respondents has raised a preliminary objection with respect to the maintainability of the instant writ petition on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not refuted the contention as raised by learned counsel for the respondent qua availability of the remedy against the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, as mentioned above. 4. As such, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable on the ground of availability of the alternative remedy to approach before the appropriate forum, as prescribed under law.
