The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.915 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.AL2020142900915) (Vijay Shankar and Another vs. State of U.P. and Others), expeditiously, within the stipulated period. 3.
