The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 Deputy Director of Consolidation, Prayagraj, District Prayagraj, to decide the Revision No. 646/301/2025 Com.No. 20235402300000087, titled as Bhagirathi and others Vs. Santosh Kumar and others under section 48(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act related with Mauja Dheenpur, Pargana-Mirzapur Chauhari, Tehsil-Soraon, District Prayagraj, pending in his court, within the time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
