Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the Respondent No. 2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Prayagraj, District Prayagraj, to decide the Revision NO. 647/302/2025 Com No. 20235402300000086, titled as Bhagirathi and others vs. Santosh Kumar and others under section 48(1) of U.P.Consolidation of Holdings Act related with Mauja Dheenpur, Pargana-Mirzapur Chauhari, Tehsil- Soraon, District Prayagraj, pending in his court, within the time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
