The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent No. 2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation Officer (Administration), District Azamgarh to consider and decide the Suit No. 0837 of 2025 Computerize Case NO. 20255415600000837 (Yogeshwar Rishi and others vs. Lalmati and others) expeditiously as possible with a short and time bound period." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 3.
