The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent No. 2/ Consolidation Officer Phoolpur Phoolpur, Nerhruhal, Collectorate, Azamgarh to consider and finally decide the Original Suit NO. 182 of 2025 (Rohit Vs. Shiv Poojan) expeditiously as possible with a short and stipulated time bound period." 2.
