In Re : Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.07 of 2024 1. The instant withdrawal application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner supported by affidavit of Sachin Kumar Maurya to withdraw the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the changed circumstances petitioner do not want to press the writ petition, therefore, instant withdrawal application may be allowed and the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. There is no oppose to the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. As such, the instant withdrawal application is hereby allowed. In Re : Writ Petition 5.
