Land Revenue Act, 1901 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by private respondent nos.3 & 4 impleading the the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow.
