Late Nashrulla) filed under Section 48 (3) Utter Pradesh Consolidation of Holding Act 1953 within a stipulated period of time given by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that the present petitioner has filed restoration application against the order dated 24.12.2007 which is pending consideration, despite the fact that opposite parties (State respondents) have already appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4.
