The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Case No.REV/166/2021 (Computerized Case No.AL2021142900166) (Brijbhan Singh and others vs. Additional Collector Ghazipur and others), under Section 219 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by private respondent impleading the petitioner as opposite party no.3 arising out of proceeding under Section 28 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending before respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 20.1.2021.
