The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Revision No.1596 of 2024 (Malti Devi vs. State of U.P. through District Magistrate, Mau) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision filed by private respondent no.3 arising out of proceeding under Section 122-B (4- F) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act impleading the State is pending. He further submitted that the petitioner has applied for impleadment, which is pending as petitioner was party before the District Magistrate in the proceeding initiated by Malti Devi herself.
