The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 01.04.2023 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation (in brevity 'DDC') in revision No.553 of 2023 under Section 48 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (in brevity 'UPCH Act'), whereby the order dated 25.06.1998 passed by the Consolidation Officer, based on the compromise, was quashed.
