The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue at Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.96 of 2012-13 (Ramsawari vs. Shankerdai), under Section 333 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act filed by respondent no.3 impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue since 2012-2013. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
