The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3, not to restrain the petitioner to cultivate and harvest from land in question and comply with the order dated 26.8.2025, passed by the Board of Revenue, Lucknow. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the interim order granted by the Board of Revenue, during pendency of the revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, respondent nos. 2 & 3 are interferring with the possession of the petitioner, as such, appropriate direction be issued, restraining the respondent nos. 2 & 3 from interferring with the possession of the petitioner in cultivating the plot in question. 4.
