Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed beseeching expeditious disposal of Case No.313 and 314 (State vs. Lalmani And Others) under Section 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act, which is pending consideration before the Consolidation Officer (Respondent no.3), within the stipulated period. 3. It is submitted that the aforesaid matter is pending since 2018 despite the fact that opposite party in the original application has appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 5. In this conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to finally dispose of the present writ petition, without making any observation on the merits of the case, as mentioned in the writ petition, with a direction t
