Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "I. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the learned Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ghazipur to decide Appeal No. 0271 of 2019 (Moti and others Vs. Devnath and others) Computer Case No. 2019541429000271 under Section 11 of U.P.C.H. Act related to Mauja- Mahmoodpur Hathini, Pargana and Tehsil-Saidpur, District-Ghazipur within certain stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that the appeal preferred on behalf of the contesting respondents, assailing the order dated 21.02.2019 passed by the Consolidation Officer is pending consideration before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation since 27.02.2019, despite the fact that opposite party in the appe
