Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned State Law for the state-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide Second Appeal No.23/2013-2014 (Wasi Haider and Others vs. Ranpat Singh and Others), under Section 331(1) of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, within the stipulated time. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that second appeal filed by the private respondents, arising out of the suit for partition, impleading the petitioner as opposite party, is pending before the Board of Revenue since 2013-14. He submitted that second appeal has not been admitted till date. He further submitted that the records of the trial court and the 1st appellate court have been received, as such, necessary direction be issued for the expeditious dis
