Brief facts of the case are that petitioner is chak holder no.148. Plot nos.365, 240, 1454 are the original holding of the petitioner. Assistant Consolidation Officer proposed two chaks to the petitioner, first chak on plot nos.240M, 242M & second chak on plot nos.357M, 365M & 367M. 2 WRIB No. - 10547 of 1992 Petitioner filed chak objection under Section 20 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H.
