Heard Sri Ashok Malaviya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Peon in the year 1984 and retired on 31.12.2025, but he has not been paid post retiral benefits. According to the writ petitioner, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation has already recommended the case to the Commissioner Consolidation, U.P. Lucknow on 16.12.2025, but no final orders have been passed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
