The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioners who are six in number is that they were engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin on various dates in the year 1990, 1993, 1996, 1997 and 1998 and recovery is over and above 70% and in the seniority list, their names find place at Sl. Nos.4, 27, 9, 12 11, and 7 respectively. According to the writ petitioners, there happens to be a recommendation of absorption as Collection Amin. However, the matter has been referred to putting relaxation before the State Government. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for consideration of the claim of the writ petitioner for regularization/absorption and age relaxation. 4.
