The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her husband Amarjit Yadav was a Class-IV employee, who expired on 19.12.2024. However, the writ petitioner has not been paid GPF, Group Insurance and other terminal benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
