The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she had applied for the recruitment on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri, however, it so happened that though she claims to have been selected, but she was not accorded joining. Pursuant to the appointment order dated 05.07.2025, the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No.7562 of 2025, which came to be disposed of requiring the writ petitioner to prefer representation, which was directed to be decided within a period of six weeks. Thereafter the impugned order has been passed on 10.12.2025 cancelling the candidature of the writ petitioner.
