Heard Sri Anil Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to examine the petitioner's application dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure no.7 to the writ to petition) and take necessary action thereon within the time to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Though Sri Umrao has made statement at Bar that Respondent no.5 has already been selected, however, the Court finds in the prayer clause that there is no challenge to the selection and appointment of Respondent no.5. 4.
