Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Kulshrestha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that in pursuance of an Advertisement published on 05.09.2024 for selection on the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, the writ petitioner participated. However, he was declared unfit in medical examination, as hemoglobin was found to be 8.7 gm. Thereafter, review medical was done, in which it was found 11.5 gm. However, according to the writ petitioner, he got blood test done from Tej Bahadur Sapru Hospital, Prayagraj, where it was found to be 12.04 gm. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to conduct a medical test for hemoglobin. 4.
