Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus authority commanding the respondent's to and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2025 in respect of refund the deposited amount of Rs. 2.76 Lacs with simple interest 09.12.2025 in respect of refund the deposited 4 within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; any or ii) Issue other suitable writ order direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case; iii) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner., due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
