Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner, as per instructions, submits that by virtue of the transfer order dated 20.06.2025, the writ petitioner was transferred from Aligarh to Etawah and the writ petitioner has joined but the writ petitioner seeks to be transferred back to Muzaffar Nagar, Shamli and District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned Additional CSC submits that, in case, the writ petitioner has joined the transferred place then he can approach the competent authority for revocation of the transfer order. 4.
