At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the following reliefs have been sought: "I. a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned Removal/letter dated 23.11.2021 issue by Manager, Urban Livelihood Center, Duda, District Firozabad whereby, selection/appointment of the petitioner has been canceled. II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join his service at the place where, he was working prior to passing of impugned order. III. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action on the application dated 17.07.2025 filed by the petitioner. with liberty to file afresh with better particulars, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
