Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri S.K. Mishra (AoR No. A/S 1708/12), learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he had participated for appointment on the post of Agniveer, however, he has not been accorded joining. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced before this Court a second show cause notice issued to the writ petitioner on 24.12.2025 requiring the writ petitioner to submit reply as to why appointment be not cancelled. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner shall file an objection to the same, if not filed. 5. In case such an objection is preferred, the Court has no reason to disbelieve that the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
