Heard Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated on 30.09.2025, however, prior to it, on 15.07.2025, a notice came to be issued by the respondents for holding inquiry to which the writ petitioner tendered his reply on 29.07.2025, but the proceedings have not been concluded. 3.
