At the very outset, Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ order or direction in the to to nature of mandamus, directing the respondents pay the Motorcycle allowance the petitioner since 2011 alongwith arrear with appropriate interest to the petitioner within a short stipulated period as well as issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents specially the respondent no. 2 Director General of Police, U.P. at Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition) a with liberty to file afresh, to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter with better particulars.
