Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Prashant Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner's wife Shanti Devi Shukla was appointed as a Basic Health Worker in the year 1985. She was promoted as Ladies Health Visitor and she expired on 10.11.2021. However, 90% of the GPF amount has been paid, but 10% amount has not been paid along with the other benefits. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for extension of the said benefits. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 5.
