Heard Sri Devendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Challenge in the present petition is an order dated 26.08.2025 passed by District Commandant, Home Guard cancelling the candidature of the writ petitioner on the ground that the certificate which the writ petitioner produced was fictitious. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order is appealable before the Divisional Commandant, Homeguards, Moradabad Division, Moradabad and he could not dispute the said fact. 4. Considering the submission made by the rival parties, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority and, in case, an appeal is preferred within 15 days from today, the same shall be decided within a period of two months. 5.
