Though the present writ petition has been preferred questioning the order dated 26.09.2024 passed by Block Development Officer, Block Baghaul, District Sant Kabir Nagar submits that the claim of the writ petitioner for payment of remuneration has been rejected by the respondent as per instructions from his client submits that the writ petitioner shall file a representation raising his grievance before the fourth respondent, Chief Development Officer, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 3.
