Heard Sri Ajai Singh Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is contractual employee, however, he was working on the post of Computer Operator/ Junior Assistant but he has not been accorded minimum of the pay scale which he ought to have been granted in view of the law laid down in the State of Punjab v. Jagjit Singh (2017) 1 SCC 148 and Shah Sameer Bharatbhai & Ors. v. State of Gujarat and Others; 2025 INSC 1026. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, Block (Prakhand)- Chitrakoot, District Chitrakoot. 5. To such a submission, learned coun
