It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.2829 of 2022 dated 03.08.2023, all the volunteers of Prantiya Rakshak Dal have been held to be entitled to daily wages at par with those volunteers of homeguards and upon an intra-court appeal being preferred by the State being Special Appeal No.633 of 2023, while staying the effect and operation of the judgment. Vide paragraph 9 the Division Bench (Presided over by Hon'ble S.D. Singh, J.) held thus: "9. At present it is provided by way of an interim measure, subject to the State- appellant paying the original petitioners, remuneration at the rate being paid to the U.P.
