The case of the writ petitioner is that she is working as Staff Nurse in Women Hospital she had preferred an application for maternity leave from 22.02.2024 and again on 01.11.2025 to 29.04.2026, however, the maternity leave has not been accorded to the writ petitioner for the period 01.11.2025 to 29.04.2026.
