At the very outset, Sri Vikrant Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to a issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for record of the case and to quash the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by respondent no.2 whereby the appointment of the petitioner on the post of review officer has been cancelled with liberty to file afresh with better particulars, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
