Heard Shri Shivendra Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioners is that they are all posted as Constables except petitioner no. 3 is posted as Sub Inspector in Civil Police and have rendered 19 years of service. The claim of the writ petitioners is that they are entitled to the benefits which had been accorded to the writ petitioners in Writ Petition No. 44330 of 2012 (Ghanshyam Tiwari & Others Vs. State of U.P. & Others) and the Government Orders so issued thereon. Submission is that they have rendered more than 19 years of service, thus, they are entitled to grant of one additional increment according to the Government Order dated 02.12.2020. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel did not dispute the judgement dated 07.09.2012 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 44330 of 2012
