Heard Sri Shailja Kant Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioners is that the writ petitioners are presently posted Constable in Police Department in Mathura, according to the writ petitioners, their pay/ salary to be revised in pursuance of the Circular Government order dated 22.12.2016 and letter dated 07.102024 while according increments w.e.f. 01.07.2017 instead of 01.01.2018. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs adjudication at the first instance by the fifth respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Mathura. 5.
