At the very outset, Sri Balram Jee Verma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner by directing the respondents to take appropriate decision upon the enquiry report dated 25.04.2025 forwarded by Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Harraiya, District- Basti in respect of income certificate of respondent no. 7, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
