With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioners is that the they were appointed as Constable of the year 2015 batch. According to the writ petitioners, they were passed the examination conducted by the U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board and thereafter, verification certificates came to be issued to the writ petitioners for basic training at District Gorakhpur on 02.12.2015. All the
