The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Junior Assistant, Class-III post, on 01.10.2020 and was given placement in Agra. Since the writ petitioner is a resident of Naini district Prayagraj and his wife is posted as Lekhpal in District Prayagraj, so the writ petitioner preferred a request letter/representation before this Court on Administrative side seeking transfer to Agra from Prayagraj. However, according to the writ petitioner, the matrimonial discord stood occasioned between the husband and the wife and the wife of the writ petitioner seeks to live separately.
