Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Constable Radio on and he was promoted as Radio Sub-Inspector and he superannuated on 30.06.2024. The writ petitioner alleges that post retiral benefits i.e. GPF has not been paid. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent Senior Accountant, Niddi-12 Office of the Accountant General (Account & Entitlement), Ist, U.P., Prayagraj. 5.
