Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Porwal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Cleaner on 01.07.1983 and promoted as a Driver on 04.01.2008. However, the writ petitioner had not been accorded benefits, which he is entitled to be paid, pursuant to the Government Order dated 12.01.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he has already preferred a representation on 06.08.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that whatever might be, it is for the writ petitioner to approach Respondent no.4 for redressal of his grievance. 4.
