The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the mother of the writ petitioner was initially appointed as Cook at Rajkiya Ashram Paddhati Vidyalaya, Mohammadabad on 17.07.1979, however, the mother writ petitioner expired in the year 2019, however, post retiral benefit and other benefits which are admissible under law has not been extended. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fourth respondent, District Probation Officer, Agra, District Agra. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent, D
