The grievance of the writ petitioners is who are four in number that they were engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin on 11.09.1997, petitioner no. 2 on 15.07.1988, petitioner no. 3 on 30.12.1988, petitioner no. 4 on 18.01.1993. The writ petitioners claim for absorption on regularization as Collection Amin as according to him, a reconsideration has been sent on 29.09.2025/30.10.2025 by the third respondent, District Magistrate, Bulandshahr for relaxation of age. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Special Secretary, Government of U.P., Rajasva Anubhag-7, Lucknow. 4.
